Excellent view, spacious rooms, great service, respectful staff, excellent food.

Everything was fantastic.

The staff was best, our room was luxury, besides proximity to Lloyd Botanical Garden was a big plus. Main attraction such as tea garden was 2 miles from this hotel. Location was PERFECT, we appreciated it. Free WiFi was available.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Darjeeling and had an amazing experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, being within a 5-minute walk from the Darjeeling Railway Station. It was right in the center of the city, near the market place, making it very convenient for exploring. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally attentive and friendly. One staff member, Nischal Chetri, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, always wearing a pleasant smile. Finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with breathtaking scenic views and a balcony on the third floor. I especially loved the valley view from the luxury room. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and included a full buffet menu with multiple options. this hotel provides great value for money and pays attention to detail, making it a perfect choice for a memorable stay in Darjeeling.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location near the market was very convenient for me to access the nearby shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the fact that this hotel is near the Darjeeling railway station. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They helped me with transportation and provided me with excellent recommendations. I enjoyed the breakfast, delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy.

This hotel is a great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The centrally located hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Darjeeling Railway Station and close to the market place. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-appointed with the added bonus of a balcony offering a good valley view. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

Great food and friendly staff!

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food served at the restaurant. The staff members were also very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and had easy access to transportation.

There was no room service or basic dental kit provided upon request. The rooms were outdated, and we had to request a room heater as the rooms were very cold.

The hotel's location is great, being near the local market, railway station, and market place. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, with continuous hot water supply and free wifi. the staff is generally hospitable and polite, with nice decor throughout.

It was disappointing to find out that the hotel does not accept card payments and doesn't have a swiping machine.

Had a fantastic time celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, providing us with a complimentary breakfast every day and making sure that our room was always stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the action and close to all the local attractions. One of the best aspects was the stunning view of the snow-capped mountain peaks from our room, which we couldn't get enough of.

The lack of parking, which made it difficult for us to come and go with our rental car. we found the towels to be a bit dirty, which was a bit of a bummer.
